Abstract
To operate more efficiently and sustainably, logistics service providers (LSPs) adopt collaborative approaches. Digitalisation present opportunities to realise such approaches and solve the related issues. In this perspective, we conducted taxonomic literature based on Zachman framework to obtain a holistic view from which we develop a digital platform for supporting horizontal collaboration in road freight transportation (DCRFT). Our contribution aims to build a generic system able to consider many varieties of related forms, approaches, requirements and rules. By this methodology, we demonstrate step by step the use of Enterprise Architecture to define a reference architecture of DCRFT including a decision framework for the management of collaborative networks and a system model based on emerging technologies especially fog cloud, IoT and Big data.
