Abstract
CuS VNP20009 NB could chemotactically migrate towards hypoxic tumor region, induce ICD under NIR, inhibit IDO-1 activity and repolarize TAMs. In conclusion, CuS VNP20009 NB activated anti-tumor immunity and significantly inhibited tumor growth.
