Abstract

Pseudomonas aeruginosa is notorious for being highly resistant to antimicrobial agents. In this study, two P. aeruginosa strains isolated from the same patient with different susceptibility to aztreonam were used to illustrate the within-host resistance evolution process of P. aeruginosa .
