Abstract

In this work, a novel self-charging zinc-ion battery is developed using an FeVO 4 ·H 2 O cathode and zinc anode coupled with a concentrated electrolyte composed of 1 m Zn(CF 3 SO 3 ) 2 and 5.16 m LiTFSI enabling the battery to operate and maintain self-charging capability under cold conditions.
