Abstract
A near-infrared fluorescent probe, CyAc, is synthesized for accurately diagnosing cancer <italic>in vivo</italic> by sequential detection of Cys and H<sup>+</sup>. CyAc can not only discriminate normal cells and cancer cells, but also distinguish normal mice from tumor mice.
