Abstract

A type of new chiral nitrogen-donor hybrid ligand bearing acyclic guanidine, amide, and pyridine subunits was rationalized for Cu( i )-catalyzed asymmetric Sonogashira C(sp 3 )–C(sp) cross-coupling.
