Abstract
Goldene, a one-atom-thick gold sheet, is an emerging graphene-like flat 2-dimensional material. Abhishek Kumar Mishra and co-workers have investigated CO 2 activation and defect mediated CO 2 activation on goldene, presenting it as promising material for CO 2 electrochemical conversion.
