Abstract
Abstract The digital transformation is reshaping supply chain management through the integration of artificial intelligence. While AI enhances operational efficiency and process optimization, its use raises significant ethical concerns, particularly regarding data privacy, transparency, and bias. This paper examines the practical opportunities and ethical challenges of AI in SCM based on a systematic literature review and the analysis of four industrial case studies. It provides insights into how companies can responsibly implement AI technologies and offers recommendations for promoting transparency, fairness, and security within supply chains.
