Abstract

Two NHC-stabilized Cu 9 clusters showcase both TADF and direct phosphorescence in thermal equilibrium. The combined harvesting mechanism arises from the simultaneous presence of a small Δ E (S 1 − T 1 ) gap and relatively strong spin–orbit coupling.
