Abstract
An atomic-level heterostructure with ReS 2 positioning at the S vacancy in twin-crystal Zn 0.5 Cd 0.5 S solid solution (ReS 2 / Sv -ZCS) achieves the improved charge kinetic behavior and efficiency for dual-functional photocatalytic conversion.
