Constant current and constant voltage output WPT system based on LCC compensation network

Abstract
In this paper, the LCC compensation network is applied in the MCR-WPT system to achieve constant voltage and constant current characteristics which is required for battery charging. The configuration and parameters of the LCC network are obtained through the analysis of the working principle. It is found that the performance of the LCC network changes as the transmission distance varies. Then a compensation strategy is proposed to eliminate the influence. The performance of the proposed circuit and compensation strategy are verified by simulation. It is shown that the LCC-type magnetic coupling resonant WPT system can achieve constant voltage output and constant current output, and can play a certain compensation effect when the transmission distance is changed.
