Abstract
Unique 2D heterostructures Cd<sub>x</sub>Zn<sub>1−x</sub>In<sub>2</sub>S<sub>4</sub>–CdS–MoS<sub>2</sub> with effective charge separation, excellent light-harvest, and abundant active sites are highly-efficient for photocatalytic H<sub>2</sub> evolution.
