Abstract

Lanthanide-doped NaBiF 4 NSs with ultra-weak afterglow were prepared by a rapid room-temperature method. The scintillation intensity was enhanced by incorporating Gd 3+ ions, and a high spatial resolution of 12.5 lp mm −1 was achieved.
