Abstract

This paper presents the results of experimental studies of the effect of anomalous photo voltage. Ways of studying the properties of elements of anomalous photo voltage (APV) are formulated and determined. The results of experimental studies for the determination of micro parameters of anomalous photo voltage films are presented. Given diagram of the dependence of UAPV from wave length λ. And conducted calculations of the thickness of the layers. Defined increasing of the shunting effects of the layer volume. Shown a small thickness, leakage resistance of individual micro crystallites began to play a significant role. In order to analyze the above theoretical considerations, an experimental study of the dependence of abnormal photo voltage on layer thickness was carried out.
