Abstract

Critical infrastructures have received increasing attention in recent years. One of the main reasons for this over the past two years or so has been the pandemic of the coronavirus and its aftermath, which has required stability but also rapid response and effective management of change to ensure smooth operations. The agile approach, which has its origins in software development, offers precisely these benefits when applied.
