Abstract
The key element of superconducting spintronics is the superconducting spin valve, which may soon replace modern semiconductor devices. We offer a completely new model of superconducting spin valve by using an additional ferroelectric substrate in its structure. To implement this model, it is necessary to develop a technology for controlling the direction of the magnetization vector of a ferromagnetic layer on a ferroelectric substrate. The first experimental results of this study suppose the real possibility of creating a new structure of a superconducting spin valve on a ferroelectric substrate to be controlled by an electric field.
