Abstract

The [3+2] cycloaddition of N -methyl-phenylnitrone and trans -1-chloro-2-nitroethylene reveals high ortho regioselectivity and endo stereoselectivity, supported by MEDT and molecular docking studies, suggesting potential for colorectal cancer therapy.
