Abstract
One of the key facets of this paradigm shift is the outsourcing of data storage and management to third-party cloud service providers (CSPs). The auditing of outsourced data is a crucial component since it is essential to upholding accountability and confidence. Verification and validation of data integrity, access control, and regulatory compliance are all part of cloud auditing. The loss of physical control over data storage, the opaqueness of cloud provider operations, and worries about data privacy and confidentiality are some of the difficulties associated with auditing outsourced data. This paper examines the potential avenues for growth in the field of auditing outsourced data in cloud computing. As more and more businesses rely on cloud services, it is critical to guarantee the accuracy, safety, and compliance of their data. This paper also provides an in-depth overview of the critical concept of auditing outsourced data in cloud computing, delving into the challenges, existing solutions, and future directions in this pivotal field.
