Abstract
and showed that dasatinib downregulates KCNK3, emphasizing the relationship between dasatinib-associated PAH and KCNK3 dysfunction. We demonstrated that a loss of KCNK3-dependent signaling contributes to endothelial dysfunction in PAH and glycolytic switch of hPASMCs.
