Abstract
This article has been retracted: please see Elsevier policy on Article Correction, Retraction and Removal ( https://www.elsevier.com/about/policies-and-standards/article-withdrawal ). This article has been retracted at the request of the Editor. Post-publication, concerns were raised around a large number of irrelevant references and the authenticity of the identity of the authors. A number of irrelevant references have been included into the article linked to claims that have no relevant relation to the referenced material. Furthermore, the journal has been unable to verify the identity of the authors and a representative of Taras Shevchenko University in Kyiv confirmed the authors were not affiliated with the university in any way. The Editor has determined that the findings of the article cannot be relied upon and has decided to retract the article. Apologies are offered to the readers of the journal for not identifying the issue during the submission process.
