Abstract
Rabi oscillations in atomic vapor cells that exhibit strong population dynamics are in a parameter space outside of theoretical studies of hyperfine coherence defined by spin-exchange collisions. Continuous nondestructive readout of microwave-driven Rabi oscillations is employed to guide a theoretical model and extract vapor-cell parameters from the nontrivial time-domain signals arising from spin-exchange effects.
