Abstract
Zn-BTC survived reconstruction with the possession of slightly reduced Zn 2+ and carboxyl groups at negative potential, resulting in a steady H 2 /CO ratio (∼1 : 2) in a wide potential window (−0.96 to −1.96 V vs. RHE).
