Development of agriculture in Russia: state and prospects

Abstract
Статья посвящена вопросу развития сельского хозяйства и регулирования рынка сельскохозяйственной продукции в Российской Федерации. Замечены роль сельского хозяйства в экономике Российской Федерации и отсталость некоторых субъектов страны по развитию отрасли. Для улучшения ситуации Правительством страны в 14 июля 2012 года разработана и запущена Государственная программа развития сельского хозяйства и регулирования рынков сельскохозяйственной продукции, сырья и продовольствия (Госпрограмма АПК) на период 2013-2025 годы. Бюджет финансирования Госпрограмма АПК составляет 5,7 трлн. рублей. По данным Росстата реализация программа дает положительные результаты, в 2021 году достигнуты или превышены плановые значения уровня самообеспечения, предусмотренные проектом по зерну, сахару, растительному маслу, фруктам, ягодам, мясу и мясопродуктам. А по картофелю, овощам и бахчевым культурам, молоку и молокопродуктам уровень самообеспечения оказались ниже, чем плановые значения ведомственного проекта. The article is devoted to the development of agriculture and regulation of the market of agricultural products in the Russian Federation. The role of agriculture in the economy of the Russian Federation and the backwardness of some subjects of the country in the development of the industry are noted. To improve the situation, on July 14, 2012, the Government of the country developed and launched the State Program for the Development of Agriculture and the Regulation of Agricultural Products, Raw Materials and Food Markets (State AgroIndustrial Program) for the period 2013-2025. The budget for financing the state program of the agro-industrial complex is 5.7 trillion. rubles. According to Rosstat, the implementation of the program is yielding positive results; in 2021, the planned self-sufficiency levels provided for by the project for grain, sugar, vegetable oil, fruits, berries, meat and meat products were achieved or exceeded. And for potatoes, vegetables and melons, milk and dairy products, the level of self-sufficiency turned out to be lower than the planned values of the departmental project.
