Management of Innovation Activity in the Conditions of Industry 4.0

Abstract
The ability to generate, implement and use innovation affects the pace of development of all sectors of the economy. The purpose of the article is to identify the features of innovation management in the context of Industry 4.0, as well as to substantiate the model of innovation management in the conditions of Industry 4.0. Research methods: content analysis (literature review), expert survey and graphic method. Results of the research: identifying the opinion of experts, who have experience in promoting incentives, implementation and evaluation of innovation, through a survey allowed to form the model of innovation management in the conditions of Industry 4.0. The proposed approach allows substantiating the main goals of innovation management in Industry 4.0
