Abstract
significantly improved the LOD up to 8.31 fM and the LOQ up to 27.70 fM. In addition, it showed satisfactory performance in human blood serum (recovery of 1.04 pM CD5 was 109.62%). These results suggest that the proposed signal amplification strategy has superior properties and offers the potential to significantly increase the sensitivity of the analysis.
