Abstract

In this work, we present a practical and efficient one-pot sulfonium salt-mediated difunctionalization reaction of alkynes. This method facilitates the diverse synthesis of various alkenyl phosphorthioates and selenophosphates in acceptable yields. Importantly, the reaction is completely regio- and stereoselective, producing absolutely Z -configured alkenylated phosphorothioates and selenophosphates with a broad substrate scope and high functional group tolerance.
