Improving the power factor and figure of merit of p-type CuSbSe<sub>2</sub><i>via</i> introducing Sb vacancies

Abstract
A large ZT of 0.50 is achieved for CuSb 0.91 Se 2 due to 44% enhancement of power factor and 22% reduction of lattice thermal conductivity, which is realized through introducing Sb vacancies.
