Abstract
The problem of disturbances occurrence, include the effect of frequency tuning range limitation, in microwave generators is being discussed. This problem is especially actual in design of microwave generators for the board equipment. The frequency tuning range limitation effect mechanism is carried out. We show the specifics of this effect causes in a microwave resonators system specific and we described the effect with frequency generation conditions. The experiments with microwave generators with waveguide resonator were fulfilled and experimental results for generators on bipolar active device are given.
