The genetic approach application and creation of the project genetic model

Abstract

The modern trend in the development of project management is the convergence of general management and natural-scientific approaches. Recently, the analogy of the project with a living organism or a biological system has been actively considered. This led to the application of biological and genetic approaches in project management, which is an actual direction of methodological development and is considered a source of non-standard ideas and solutions, allowing to significantly expand the traditional view of the project and improve the process of its management.
