On the equilibria of the restricted three-body problem with a triaxial rigid body - I. Oblate primary

Abstract
The restricted three-body problem, with a rigid triaxial oblate primary body, is being under investigation. Using numerical methods we reveal how the triaxility parameters affect the coordinates and the linear stability of the libration points. We perform a systematic and rigorous analysis for understanding the effect of the parameters σ1 and σ2 on the dynamical properties of the system. Our study suggests that these parameters have a strong impact on the dynamics of the equilibrium points of the system.
