Abstract
Blood–Brain Barrier Therapy The blood–brain barrier (BBB) is a bottleneck in the treatment of brain tumors. In article number 2203678, Liang Wang, Yinyan Wang, Lin Feng, and co-workers summarize the current approaches to overcome the BBB, such as the use of “Trojan horse” molecular modifications for deception, and describe a variety of micro-nanocarriers for targeted brain tumor therapy.
