Abstract

In this study, we establish the synthesis of Cu doped Cs 2 AgBiCl 6 lead-free double perovskite using three different methods. Cu doping results in extending the absorption window of high bandgap Cs 2 AgBiCl 6 double perovskite to NIR region.
