Abstract

This paper presents a classification of indicators of the maintainability of technical systems according to their economic characteristics. In the study, all parameters are determined on the basis of probabilistic approaches to assessing continuous random variables. It is also shown that quantitatively, maintainability can be assessed by the laboriousness of restoring the operability of a technical device. And this, in turn, is determined by the cost of labor and funds for the prevention and elimination of malfunctions and failures in work, taking into account the qualifications of the maintenance personnel, the level of equipment and the system for organizing repairs. Additional indicators, their rational value is established on the basis of the requirements for the quantitative values of the main indicators. Additional indicators in combination with the main ones make it possible to more fully characterize the properties of equipment structures and can be classified depending on their characteristics and operating conditions.
