Abstract
Two-dimensional MXene nanoflakes grafted with MoS 2 QDs are used as multifunctional interlayers at the perovskite/carbon interface in all-inorganic CsPbBr 3 perovskite solar cells, achieving a 10.70% efficiency with an ultrahigh V oc of 1.701 V.
