Abstract

CUDC-101 increased the survival time from 15 days (control animals treated with hyaluronidase alone) to 43 days. Polymer MET nanoparticles coated with hyaluronidase enabled the subcutaneous delivery of a hydrophobic drug with favorable therapeutic outcomes.
