Methods of Indicators Analysing for Universities Publication Activity by discipline "Radio engineering"

Abstract
The article systematizes the means of bibliometric analysis of authors, scientific organizations, journals and areas of research in accordance with their structure or functions. The systematization was carried out in terms of the expediency of their use for managing information flows and evaluating the effectiveness of organization's scientific activities. Useful information about main technical aspects of citation analysis and scientometrics in general is presented. The methods considered in the article are used in the preparation students of technical universities by discipline "Fundamentals of Scientific Research" in the direction of master's training "Radio Engineering" (master's programs "Audiovisual Technologies", "Systems and Devices for Transmission, Reception and Processing of Signals") and in the direction of "Infocommunication technologies and communication systems" (master's programs: "Multiservice infocommunication technologies", "Radio communication systems, mobile communication and radio access").
