Abstract
A nursing care plan is of great importance in detecting and evaluating a patient's health problems. The most important part of the care plan is making an accurate nursing diagnosis. As this is the first step, the perceptions of nurses about the process of making a correct diagnosis affects all care outcomes. In this respect, it is very important to measure nurses' perceptions of nursing diagnoses using systematic and standardized material.
