Ethanol-assisted synthesis of two-dimensional tin(<scp>ii</scp>) halide perovskite single crystals for amplified spontaneous emission

Abstract
In this paper, we develop a novel ethanol-assisted strategy to synthesize high-quality tin( ii )-based 2D perovskite single crystals (TEA) 2 (MA) n −1 Sn n I 3 n +1 ( n = 1 or 2), which are demonstrated to have low-threshold amplified spontaneous emissions at 20 K.
