Abstract

A novel near-infrared fluorescent probe was developed for selectively monitoring hydrogen sulfide (H 2 S). This probe was successfully applied to detect H 2 S in living cells, zebrafish, and hippocampal tissue of Alzheimer's disease (AD) mouse models.
