Abstract

Phonon lifetime and lattice thermal conductivity ( κ ) of Bi 2 Se 3 calculated from Raman scattering and PHONO3PY simulation indicate the anharmonicity, dissipation of heat, and overlapping and coupling of low and high-frequency branches are important parameters to control the κ .
