Abstract

Radio communication in the HF waveband range plays an important role as a means of domestic and international radio communication for various purposes of general and departmental use. The basis for the need for technical improvement of HF radio communication is a correct assessment that takes into account its technical potential, economic efficiency, national economic importance, as well as the strategic role as a necessary reserve. The use of the HF waveband range is characterized by an increased level of interference associated with long-range transmission of radio waves with ionospheric reflection. The tendency to use wideband signal-code structures in the HF waveband range requires processing large amounts of data associated with digitizing a wide frequency band. This article discusses the problems of noise rejection, dispersion distortion compensation and data compression for subsequent storage and processing. It is proposed to implement these tasks at a modern level using a digital filter bank. Theoretical calculations and their experimental confirmation are presented.
