Abstract

In article, number 1901184 by Eric Wetzel and co-workers, a special thermal drawing process generates dual thermoplastic filaments with novel cross-sectional designs such as those pictured on the cover. These filaments are used to build 3D printed solids that, after a free-standing annealing process, achieve fracture toughness values competitive with injection molded plastics.
