Abstract

Sb 2 S 3 films are prepared by CBD using the mixing solution of SbCl 3 and sodium citrate as a novel Sb source. The CBD growth mechanism of Sb 2 S 3 films is revealed and the CBD growth process is dominated by the nanoparticle formation–adsorption pathway.
