Abstract

Hydrogenated borophene and BC 2 N quantum dot heterostructures have been synthesized via facile ultrasonication. The sensitivity of the fabricated borophene-BC 2 N sensor is the highest among all the reported typical 2D-material chemiresistive sensors.
