Abstract

High-temperature BiFeO 3 –BaTiO 3 -Bi 0.5K0.5TiO3 based piezoelectrics possess a high piezoelectric coefficient d 33 = 149 pC N −1 , and a high Curie temperature (TC = 615 °C) and depolarization temperature (Td = 570 °C).
