Abstract

spp. was resistant to Ampiclox and Amoxycillin but sensitive to Erythromycin, Pefloxacin and Septrin. From this study, it was discovered that consumers of RTE African salad from majority of the vendors across Enugu metropolis are at risk of severe food poisoning.
