Abstract

Gold (Au) clusters are arranged at the interface of Zn<sub>0.5</sub>Cd<sub>0.5</sub>S and Mo<sub>2</sub>C, achieving (Mo<sub>2</sub>C/Au)@Zn<sub>0.5</sub>Cd<sub>0.5</sub>S configuration, where numerous Au-mediated link points can serve as multifunctional mediators for boosting photocatalytic H<sub>2</sub> production.
