Abstract

The present global development is challenged by the task to address the endlessly rising demand for capital and consumer products in the international market. It is also required to maintain simultaneous and sustainable evolvement of human survival from aspects like social, health, environmental, and economic. In order to get away from these limitations, industrial development should follow the path of sustainability. In recent times, industrial development in early industrialized countries is going through the fourth stage, termed Industry 4.0. This progress leads to enormous possibilities for the cognizance of manufacturing through the sustainable path. However, at the level of human scale, different challenges arise to hinder the growth of sustainable industrialization that need to be addressed. In this regard, exciting and vibrant manufacturing ideas and innovations are getting attention as a result of this more academia-industry joint research and collaboration projects are coming out. Industry 4.0 is leading to the revolution in manufacturing digitalization and exponential growth.
