Abstract
Deep red emitting Y 2 Zr 2 O 7 :Eu 3+ (YZOE) pyrochlore nanocrystals with very high color purity, excellent thermal stability and a high photoluminescence quantum yield (∼88%) is synthesized for color tunable white LEDs and indoor plant growth.
