Abstract
experiments demonstrated that SFTPC inhibits the proliferation of LUAD by inhibiting PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling transduction. These results reveal the molecular mechanism by which SFTPC inhibits the proliferation of LUAD and suggest that SFTPC could be a new therapeutic target for LUAD.
